Fitness Super Food Drinks

Super Food drinks for optimum performance

Smoothies

Green Smoothie

8 oz unsweetened cold almond milk

1 table spoon Maca powder

1 table spoon almond butter

1 table spoon coconut oil, in liquide

1 tea spoon Chlorella, organic

1 tea spoon Spirulina

1 serving of your favorite green powder, this is organic mixed green powder 

Some mint leaves

Raw honey

(ice optional).

Hot chocolate calcium

2 Table spoons of raw cacao powder

One liters or horstail ,nettle tea (2 table spoon of each leaf)

3 Table spoons of chocolate nibs

1-2 teaspoons of Maca powder

2000 mg of Reishi mushrooms powder

You can add honey as desired. 


Note: Horstail and Nettle leaf are separate tea leaves and should be brewed together in hot water for 10 minutes.  cocoa powder and chocolate nibs are rich in magnesium. This recipe is for 2 servings.
